Trek Earth: Great photography website showcasing fascinating cities, landscapes, people and animals from around the world. This is a great place to browse for creative inspiration.

Trek Nature: Similar to Trek Earth (above). A photography website focusing on landscapes and wildlife from over the globe. There are some excellent macro shots of insects, fungi and other intricate tiny things.

Bush Heritage Australia: A not-for-profit organisation that buys private or government land with the intention of protecting (and/ or restoring) the biodiversity and ecosystem functioning of the site, and linking it to other sites. See also the Nature Conservancy.

James Gleeson on Wikipedia: It's hard to nominate a favourite artist, but late Australian surrealist James Gleeson is one of mine. (See also Google Images results for James Gleeson.)

HollyDurrArt.com: Angels, mermaids, original art, prints and more by Christian fantasy artist, Holly Durr.

Art Promote galleries and resources: Galleries, artists resources, a large links database plus an art marketing network.

The Call of Aslan art directory: A directory of Christian fantasy and science-fiction artists. There are some talented artists here, though the site itself appears to be rarely, if ever, updated.
